Due to growth we are currently seeking to add a Senior Accountant to our exceptional team. You will need to be organized, detail oriented, have experience in financial monthly/quarterly/year end close and ability to understand complex financial integrations. The successful candidate will be responsible for key financial functions of a high growth company; this role plays a critical role in budgeting, forecasting and planning to continue our consistent growth plans.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

· Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets and financial forecasts.

· Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal tax regulations.

· General Ledger Management: Oversee general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

· Reconciliation: Perform detailed account reconciliations for various general ledger accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies or variances.

· Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve accounting processes and internal controls.

· Payroll – Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll. Perform reporting for employee incentive programs.

· Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and provide guidance on financial matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with major in accounting or finance required, CPA or MBA a plus 
• 4+ years of work experience in accounting or finance
• Strong financial comprehension (US GAAP) and experience with monthly/year-end close and payroll process
• Strong project management skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple parties 
• Familiarity with managing third party vendors for fulfillment 
• Previous acquisition integration experience, a strong plus 
• Proficient in ConnectWise a strong plus 
• Ability to work closely with both CEO and Finance and Operations Manager and is comfortable managing multiple timelines and deliverables 
• Collaborative personality enjoys working with others and coaching staff 
• Metrics and process-driven, passionate about numbers as well as people and comfortable switching between high-level business objectives and tangible, sometimes messy day-to-day financial operations 
• Proven track record of experience with customer success and/or managing finances for fast growing teams; experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment 
• Goal oriented, committed to deadlines.
