We are expanding our Client Homecare Ambassador and Mentor Professional (CHAMP) program and have a position for a senior care expert. We are seeking to hire 1-2 professionals who have a minimum of 3 -5 years' of caregiving experience with seniors, excellent communication skills, and a heart for working with seniors. The main function of our CHAMPs is to ensure success, so we also seek individuals who can help define and revise care plans, help mentor our caregivers when their skills need a boost, and provide hands-on training and coaching.

Primary Responsibilities
• Cover unstaffed shifts - Call outs - Immediate Start of Care with New Clients


Additional duties may include -
. Define and update care plans for senior clients
• Coach and develop caregivers to improve client success
. Help new caregivers understand care plans
. Contact clients to ensure satisfaction goals are met
• Assist with agency tasks like recruiting, schedule monitoring, and training
. Conduct peer and caregiver performance evaluations
• Client visits and observations
• Assist with after-hours monitoring (pays extra)

WEEKEND ON CALL REQUIRED - Must be available to work last minute shifts every other weekend.


Knowledge and Skills Requirements
• 3 - 5 years of experience working with seniors in a home setting
• English proficiency and excellent communication skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Able to participate in additional training (online, in person)
• Two references required
• Must be able to pass background check
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, proof of insurance and reliable transportation
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States

Work Hours
Hours vary based on the needs of the business - Guaranteed 40 hours a week if available to work and shifts are not denied.


When not covering a shift Office Hours 8:30 am - 5 pm M-F
