Job description
Qualified candidate should have a minimum of 1 year experience as a line cook. Responsibilities include setting up stations and restocking them. Prepares food and makes sure servers deliver each dish to customers in a timely fashion. They oversee the cooking process from start to finish and determine how much time each step requires. The individual will follow recipes, portion controls and presentation specifications as set by restaurant.
