The Opportunity:
Execute Retail, Web, and CSR promotions. Manage data, including data pull, loads and audits, for direct marketing activities (Catalog). Create ad hoc or recurrent reports around customer data. Attention to detail and execution with quality in tight timeframes is required.
What Your Impact Will Be:
Execution of Promotions (60%)
· Interpret requests and instructions from relevant teams, and set up promotion campaigns in Predict Spring (for Retail), and new tool for CSR, including vanity/public codes, SUPC, AGR certs and Automatic promotions. Set up SUPC and AGR certs in Shopify (for Web).
· Partner with vendor and/or IT to determine solutions to set up complex promotions.
· Partner with cross-functional teams to test that promotions are working as expected based on requirements and expected consumer behavior.
· Monitor promotion in production, and efficiently implement solutions to minimize impact to customers.
· Become a subject matter expert on the promotion tools, AG promotion needs, and proper promotion execution.
· Partner with promotion and loyalty team as the expert on promotion capabilities, and help make strategic decisions related to promotion execution.
· Develop and maintain documentation related to promotion execution.
Data management for Direct Marketing: Catalog Mailing (30%)
· Set up production schedule based on marketing targets (e.g., audience, circulation, and in-home dates).
· Pull all relevant customer lists and purchase data and deliver to vendors for modeling and suppression.
· Partner with vendors to develop files, instructions, keycodes, and summary sheets.
· During the mailing process, ensure flawless execution of list selects and vendor data processing through extensive audits.
· Set up and load key codes, load offer history, set up catalog requests.
· Partner with IT and manager to develop and implement new processes to replace SAS.
Vendors: 3
Customer Data Reporting (10%)
· Support reporting requests and business questions by gathering and organizing data to create ad hoc or ongoing reports.
What We’re Looking For:
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
· 3+ years of demonstrated strong experience in systems & data management
· Experience with POS system or Shopify preferred.
KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
· Flawless execution of promotions and direct marketing campaigns.
· Collaboration between internal and external partners while delivering results in a timely and high-quality manner.
· Strong attention to detail and execution with quality in tight timeframes is required.
· Ability to partner and manage external vendors

Salaried: To be used for positions up to Director level:
The annual base salary range for this position is between $73,600.00 and $103,000.00.
**This range is indicative of projected hiring range, however annual base salary will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience.
