Cosmetic Physician Partners is dedicated to building the premier network of physician-led medical aesthetic clinics throughout the United States. We are proud partners with EVOLV Plastic Surgery & Medical Aesthetics located in Toledo, OH, and we're in search of a Client Concierge to join our experienced team, taking our clinic to new heights. At our clinic, we prioritize a positive culture and finding the right individual to collaborate with us is crucial. This role will be a valuable member of our team, working closely with the clinic and management staff to maintain a favorable image of EVOLV.
Job Overview: As a Client Concierge (CC), you play a pivotal role in patient acquisition and retention. Your mission is to provide an exceptional experience for new patients while supporting clinic operations. CCs are well-versed in various marketing and clinic initiatives, seamlessly integrating into the team and aligning with clinic objectives.
By using their consultative selling skills, the CC will educate patients about the services EVOLV provides via inbound/outbound telephone calls, web inquiries, and via email. This individual will be sales savvy, overcome objections, and provide our patients with a “white glove” experience before they ever step foot into our clinic doors. This role will require the individual to follow up on many hot/warm/cold leads via many outbound calls, texts, and emails. It will require an individual that is an incredible multi-tasker while being accountable to individual sales metrics. This role will be expected to make 100+ outbound dials per day.
Essential Job Functions: - Cultivate patient relationships via phone and web/text communication.
- Schedule and confirm consultation and treatment appointments.
- Qualify new patients and provide education on our services and products.
- Effectively communicate treatment protocols, benefits, features, and limitations.
- Consistently follow up on leads, update CRM, and maintain detailed records.
- Demonstrate proficiency in all clinic services and products.
- Generate new patient leads by establishing relationships with external businesses and referral sources.
- Utilize strong communication and sales techniques to schedule appointments and achieve KPIs.
- Adhere to lead management standards to maximize growth initiatives.
- Maintain flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Comply with HIPAA and OSHA guidelines.
- Act as a valuable support for providers in retention efforts, conflict resolution, and customer service.
- Collaborate on other call-related assignments.
Required Education/Experience: - At least 1 year of experience in a sales role with a focus on outbound phone calls.
- Experience in the aesthetics industry is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong consultative sales, negotiation, or contact center background.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and confident.
- Experience with KPIs and quota attainment.
- Familiarity with CRM or EMR systems is preferred.
- Proficient computer skills, multitasking abilities, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
