- You'll be managing the daily operations of the quality department, including following the basic production scheduling, assignments, supervising employees, handling safety and company policies/procedures
-You will be responsible for direct reports of team members, and providing leadership for the department
- Reinforce GMP, HAACP, Food Safety, Sanitation standards and guidelines
- Manage customer audits, as well as FDA, USDA, Organic, and SQF audits
What you must have
- BA/BS Degree
- 5 + years exp in QA for Food/Beverage Manufacturing
- SQF and PCQI Certification
- HACCP and GMP Manufacturing Operations Knowledge
- Computer/Spreadsheet proficiency
- Analytical Skills to use Laboratory Equipment
- Competive Salary - $110k-$135,000.00 Depending on Experience
