Job description
A leading medical group committed to the well-being of patients in care is looking for Registered Nurse to join their patient and family-centered team\

Registered Nurse/RN will join a mission-driven team that serves the oncology needs of patients in the Bronx, Westchester County, or Manhattan area\
\

Providers Role with the Company:\
Assist with the administration of chemotherapy and radiation, as well as supportive care and treatment for patient symptoms\
In consultation with physicians and specialists, Oncology RN will formulate a goal-directed plan of care and establish treatment priorities based on patient needs and the availability of resources.\
Examine and assess the full health of patients, focusing on physical, mental, and emotional status, as well as nutrition, pain, and family involvement.\
Monitor, evaluate, and record the treatment results.\
Assist patients, and their families, in understanding the disease, the treatment plan, and any possible side effects.\
Advise patients on disease prevention and personal care.\
Provides support and guidance throughout the patients treatment, linking families to healthcare services, and communicates with the doctors on behalf of the patient.\
\
Background Profile:\
Registered Nurse/RN\
License and Board Certification in the state of NY\
3-4 Years or more of oncology experience preferred\
Team-oriented & outstanding communication skills\
