RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure that team members are aligned with and working toward the achievement of strategic Rocks.
- Actively participate in quarterly and annual EOS meetings, contributing strategic insights.
- Collaborate with the Visionary to identify and implement opportunities and innovations.
- Coordinate and facilitate weekly leadership (L10) meetings to enhance communication and alignment.
- Streamline operational processes to enhance efficiency and ensure adherence to established policies.
- Identify and implement system improvements to optimize workflow and enhance overall business operations.
- Ensure effective communication within all levels of the company.
- Manage financial resources, tracking expenses and budgeting to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, manage HR processes, and facilitate a smooth onboarding and termination process.
- Manage the compliance calendar and the associated program.
- Establish and monitor KPIs, utilizing data-driven insights to drive business decisions.
- Liaise and manage relationships with outside vendors.
- Understand and manage internal tech and software, ensuring effective utilization.
- Oversee the training program, leveraging LMS tools to enhance the learning experience for team members.
- Act as a representative for team members, championing their interests and ensuring a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align operational efforts with marketing initiatives, ensuring a cohesive strategy.
This is an initial full time, in-person, role based in The Woodlands, TX. Hybrid model available after (1-2 days work from home). Path to partnership available. Background checks will be REQUIRED.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- 5+ years of operations experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with financial statements
- 4-year degree
Preferred:
- Industry experience
- Salesforce experience
- QuickBooks experience
- Experience with workflow process creation and implementation
- SEC Compliance experience
Desired:
- EOS experience
- Technology familiarity with various platforms (Box.com, Process Street, Tamarac Advisor, LastPass, Schwab and/or Fidelity Platforms, Teamwork Projects, Talent LMS, Pardot, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Exchange)

SALARY: $150k - $160k
BENEFITS: Profit sharing up to 10% of pay (5% automatically contributed to the Company 401K as an employee contribution, the remainder is discretionary based on individual and company growth), bonuses based on individual and company goals, health insurance coverage (80% subsidy for employee coverage), Short Term Disability Insurance for employee (100% covered by Avion), Life Time gym membership in The Woodlands ($150/mth subsidy from Avion for employee)
