Job description

KDG Construction Consulting is seeking an experienced and exceptional Administrative Assistant to support the corporate team. Duties will consist of front desk oversight, property management assistance, accounting support and other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, have exceptional attention to detail, and solid time-management skills.

This position will report to the Manager of Corporate Services. The Administrative Assistant will be full-time (40 hours per week) and based in our Glendale, CA office. Hybrid and remote work are not available for this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES: REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Anticipated Salary Range: $53,000- $64,000
