We are looking for a motivated Medical Sales Representative|Case Manager to join our practice full time in Falls Church, VA. We are looking for a sales rep|case manager to promote our in-office therapies and treatment protocols. The ideal candidate is friendly, efficient, confident, willingness to learn, a great communicator and team player! This position requires financial acuity as the role requires explaining insurance benefits, cash services and collecting payments for medical treatments. The incoming representative will need to learn basic anatomy and understand the purpose of chiropractic care and physical therapy rehab. We are seeking a team player to serve as the bridge between patients and clinicians.
Position Summary: As a Medical Sales Representative|Case Manager, it will be your responsibility to build and maintain patient relationships throughout the patients care within our office. You will participate in educating the patients while working with the clinicians. It will be your responsibility to deliver a financial breakdown of the overall Care Plan along with helping patients to coordinate their schedules to arrive for the recommended care. As a Case Manager, you will focus on understanding patient needs and wants, helping them overcome obstacles and empathizing with their struggles and challenges while influencing them to do what is in their best interest to improve their quality of life. To be a remarkable Case Manager, you must be able to develop trust and the confidence necessary to help patients navigate their Care Plan. You will need to express a breadth of knowledge and experience in these areas, as well as the ability to work and collaborate effectively within a highly team-centric environment.

Duties:
Complete new patient intake forms (medical and personal history) to assess reason for care|visit
Effectively communicate that need to our Nurse Practitioner|healthcare staff
Connection with patients to understand their expected goals and desired outcomes
Effectively and continually educate patients about the need for, and progress through, the treatment protocol
Execute patient follow up calls
Advocate for the patient and motivate them to reach their health goals
Assist in patient coordination and patient care plans
Attend regular staff meetings
Collaborate with the office staff for comprehensive patient care
Ensure efficient written and oral communication (phones, email)
Explaining insurance benefits, cash services and collecting payments for medical treatments
Advise|Assist in connecting patients to financial services
Participate in Daily Team and shift meetings
Assist with business marketing

Qualifications:
Sales experience preferred
Financial knowledge (sales, insurance)
Entrepreneurially orientated, driven to succeed and a commitment to achieve results
Excellent relationship building skills with a demonstrated ability to quickly develop trust
Ability to overcome objections with confidence
Team orientation and strong collaborator
Willingness to learn anatomy and PT rehab

Schedule:
Full time

Compensation (range):
$15-25|hour
