Ewing Outdoor Supply, a leading provider of outdoor and landscape supplies, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee operations in Colorado. As the Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of multiple branches, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall operations of assigned branches within the specified region
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Manage and optimize inventory levels to support customer demand
• Implement and maintain operational processes and best practices
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with branch managers and staff
• Provide training and guidance to branch managers on operational processes and initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement best practices within the region .

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of diesel and heavy equipment operations and mechanical background
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management
• Prior experience managing multiple branches or regions
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management and inventory control
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to drive operational efficiency and process improvement
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
• Experience in the outdoor or landscape industry is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management systems
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the specified region
• **CDL Preferred but not required**
