As a key player in our dynamic team you will lead and mentor a talented group of Salesforce professionals driving the successful design development and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:
- Lead and inspire a team of Salesforce professionals fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members ensuring professional growth and skill development.

Solution Design and Implementation:
- Oversee the endtoend development lifecycle of Salesforce solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions adhering to best practices and industry standards.

Code Review and Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality adherence to standards and optimal performance.
- Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to guarantee the reliability and security of Salesforce applications.

Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical leadership staying abreast of the latest Salesforce technologies and trends.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools and frameworks for adoption to enhance Salesforce capabilities.

Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams including product managers business analysts and endusers.
- Communicate technical concepts and solutions clearly to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Project Management:
- Manage the full lifecycle of Salesforce development projects from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with industrystandard security governance and performance guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- 10 years of handson experience in Salesforce development with a proven track record of successful leadership.
- Expertise in Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components SOQL SOSL and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs integration tools and data migration.
- Proficiency in Salesforce development tools such as VS Code SFDX Git CI/CD etc.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce products and features including Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud Community Cloud Einstein Analytics etc.
- One or more Salesforce certifications.
- Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Excellent communication collaboration and problemsolving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
- Proven experience in test automation frameworks and tools.
- UI/UX development experience based on Salesforce Experience Cloud.
Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, SOSL, and REST/SOAP APIs.,Salesforce APIs, integration tools, and data migration,managed packages and other 3rd-party Salesforce components.
