The Role:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Data Architect with expertise in Informatica/IICS and GCP Data Platform to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the design, implementation, migration and optimization of our customers GCP & Informatica based data platform.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical subject matter expertise for successfully deploying / migrating large scale data solutions in the enterprise, using modern data/analytics technologies on premise and cloud.
- Migrate application and data from on-prem platforms to GCP with Informatica data pipelines.
- Design and implement data platforms using Informatica and GCP services.
- Develop data pipelines to ingest, transform, and load data from various sources into GCP.
- Optimize data processing performance and efficiency.
'Must Have' Experience:
- 10+ years of relevant technical experience.
- Deep experience in Informatica data architecture and development.
- Experience with GCP Cloud Data technologies such as Cloud Storage, BigQuery, Dataproc, Dataflow, GCP tools, Spark, and Kafka.
- Exposure to Java.
- Experience in Data Migration from various on-prem data platforms like Hive, RDBMS etc. to BigQuery
- Good data modelling skills.
- Experience with troubleshooting data issues and identifying root causes of performance bottlenecks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Exposure to US healthcare domain.
