CannaBlendz is actively seeking a dynamic and results-driven Part-Time Senior Brand Representative with a focus on sales and prospecting new accounts, as well as current account management and support, to join our team in Bay City, Michigan. We are on the lookout for individuals who are not only passionate about cannabis and its scientific intricacies but also possess a keen interest in expanding market reach through proactive sales initiatives. This role offers flexible working days and hours, typically starting at 15-25 hours per week, with the potential for full-time employment for the right candidate. As a vital contributor to our cannabis business development endeavors, you will spearhead efforts in prospecting new accounts, nurturing relationships with local dispensaries, and driving sales within your designated territory.

Job Responsibilities Include:

Conduct proactive outreach and engagement with local managers, buyers, and budtenders to showcase the unique features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our products, thereby expanding our client base.

Regularly visit assigned dispensaries to assess promotional material effectiveness, ensure optimal product placement, monitor inventory levels, and uphold the brand's integrity in all displays.

Actively solicit feedback from dispensary accounts regarding customer preferences, market dynamics, and competitor activities, leveraging these insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Forge and cultivate positive rapport with dispensary staff, promptly addressing any concerns or queries to bolster brand visibility and customer loyalty.

Implement targeted merchandising strategies aimed at maximizing product sales and enhancing brand recognition within the territory.

Assist in coordinating and delegating tasks among junior Brand Representatives, fostering a collaborative team environment focused on achieving shared objectives.

Requirements

Residence in the Greater Bay City area is a must.

Demonstrated passion for the cannabis industry; prior experience within the sector is advantageous but not mandatory.

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, coupled with a knack for building strong interpersonal connections.

Demonstrated adaptability, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Previous experience in retail merchandising or customer-facing roles is highly valued.
