Manage The Control-M/ EM Enterprise Environments.? Manage The Control-M/ EM Workload To All Environments.? Enhance The Availability and Performance of Control-M/ EM.? Ensure Cost-Effective and Timely Delivery of Services To All Support Staff And Users.? Control-M/ EM Administration? Control-M/ EM Debugging? Control-M/ EM Modules: AFT, BIM, Informatica? Mainframe (ZOS) JCL Exposure? Support Of Control- M Enterprise Environment According To Existing Processes.? 24 X 7 Support of Control-M Environment.? Comply With Contingency Deployment Strategies for Control-M And Workload.? Adherence To Change and Problem Management Procedures.? Maintain/ Create Naming Standards for Control-M.? Ability to Optimize Control-M Scheduling and Performance.? Ensure Support Obligations (SLAs) Commitments Are Met.? 24 X 7 Remote Access Response and Support For Production System Problems And For Issues Deemed Critical By Management.? Level 2: ? Creating, Managing and executing Batch flows? Installation and Configuration of Scheduling Master and agents in complex IT environment.? Integrating Third Party software in Job scheduling Software? Expert knowledge in using Migration utility toolkit, conversion tool.? Maintain Applications/Jobs and Scheduling Plans.? Should have some knowledge on Mainframe systems, JCL, Control-M V/R/O/D? Level 3: ? Good experience in Creation and Administration of Job Schedules.? Installation, maintenance, and administration of Job Scheduling Software? Sound knowledge on Version migration and usage of administrative actions & techniques? Should have good knowledge on Mainframe system Management? Should Have Working Knowledge of BMC Mainframe Products.
