Job description

TITLE: CREATIVE DIRECTOR
REPORTS TO: CHIEF CREATIVE DIRECTOR

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Creative Director works closely with the Chief Creative Director to develop and present concepts and creative direction for projects and proposals (encompassing graphic, digital, physical, print & experiential).

Lead the Creative Strategy and Direction for experiential events and content creation
Support in the development of Creative Strategy and Direction across all events
Creative Strategy and Direction Includes
Big picture creative concepts
Graphic and scenic look & feel
Knowledge of interior design
Aesthetic and decor sourcing and styling
Live & virtual activations
Gifting, shareables, surprise & delight
Grasp of print and fabrication processes and materials

Participate/lead in high level strategy meetings across projects
Lead creative presentations with clients & maintain contact in area of expertise
Work with internal design team to develop and execute concepts
Lead/support on RFP responses as assigned
Lead/support on creative decks
Reporting on current cultural trends + innovations in the experience space

An ideal candidate will have experience with creating and implementing look and feel coinciding with client brand guidelines across digital, interior and experiential event activations. We are looking for someone who is comfortable leading a team through collaborative ideation across multiple projects. The right candidate will have a keen eye for details while being able to maintain a strong grasp on the birds-eye-view of the activation narrative as a whole. Candidates should have an aptitude for interior design and styling, including ground plans, selection and styling of furniture and decor.. An ability to stay organized and calm while multitasking in a fast paced environment is imperative.

Our team primarily works in Google Suite, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator. Understanding of floor plans and drafting is a plus.

PARAMETERS:
This is a salaried position with benefits including paid holidays and PTO, medical, dental and vision insurance, and 401k.
The chosen candidate will work remotely, with the possibility of occasionally visiting our offices in Brooklyn, NY; or coming on-site with the team for events or pre-production visits/builds.
Reliable internet connection is a must.
