Our client, a Global Leader in Automotive Parts Manufacturing located in Medina, OH has reached out to fill a permanent position within their company. JOB: Tool & Die
PAY: $22/ Hr. Direct Hire
SHIFT: 2nd (Will consider first shift candidates)
JOB OVERVIEW & REQUIREMENTS:
-Tool Inspection, modification and fitting
-Review tool drawings, submit changes
-Set-up and operation of Manual Lathes, Bridgepoint endmills, manual turning and grinding equipment
-Finish Operations including polishing, lapping and venting
-Troubleshooting, repair and finishing sizing dies
-Honing Machine Operation
-Metric system measurements, reading micrometers, calipers and gauging pins (to .0005
-Collaboration with cold forming machinists and engineers regarding best solutions
-Team-Oriented and engaged with continuous improvement process (CIP)
