Role Overview:

The Training Coordinator, also known as the LMS (Learning Management System) Administrator, plays a pivotal role in our company's learning and development initiatives. This individual is responsible for the comprehensive management of our LMS/Sales Focus Academy, ensuring the effective design, delivery, and maintenance of training resources.

The role involves close collaboration with subject matter experts to develop and implement engaging eLearning courses and classroom training programs, tailored to various needs including orientation, sales performance, and professional development activities. The Training Coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining detailed training records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with all policies and best practices.
