Job description
Working as a liaison between United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM) and our clients is a truly rewarding position. As a Customer Care Servicing Specialist, you’ll be the key point of contact among our mortgage clients, maintaining relationships that have been long-established, and being there to advise and direct as needed. All it takes is exceptional client service skills and a love of talking — this role is within the Customer Care team in Servicing, and will be heavily focused on phone contact with clients.
- Accepting incoming calls from all clients
- Making outbound calls to clients
- Responding to emails from clients
- Working various reports as assigned
- Aiding and overseeing our sub-servicer
- Cross-training to learn other areas of our Servicing team
Must Have Qualifications:
- 1+ years experience in customer service
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in Excel, including vlookups, formulas and PivotTables
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable in a fast-moving environment
- Ability to multitask and adapt
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Onsite, full-time attendance
- 11am-8pm shift
Nice to Have Qualifications:
- 1+ years experience in mortgage servicing
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
