Job Title: Commercial Interiors - Lead Travel Superintendent

Location: Baltimore, MD (Harbor Point)

Salary: $100k - $145k + DOE

Requirements: 3+ years experience in commercial construction, OSHA 30 required

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Superintendent to join our team. As a Superintendent, you'll be the driving force behind our diverse commercial construction ventures, including overseeing the commercial interior fit out for a large client in Baltimore, MD. You will spearhead on-site field administration and technical management, ensuring our projects are created on time, within budget, and in adherence to our high-quality standards.

What You Will Be Doing

• Oversee and manage daily field operations, subcontractors, scheduling, etc.
• Manage the team in evaluating project scope, site logistics, ensuring safety standards are met, etc.
• Monitor construction progress
• Maintaining a good client/customer relationship throughout the project
• Assist in reviews of monthly estimates

What You Need for this Position

• 5+ years in large-scale multifamily and/or commercial office construction is Required
• Experience with high-end commercial interior fit outs/tenant improvements is Required
• Subcontractor knowledge and experience working in the area
• Previous Superintendent experience Required
• OSHA 30
• Ground-up construction experience
• Experience in scheduling, field supervision, quality control, and production of all phases of construction
• Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera
• Experience with Viewpoint is a plus!
• Candidates must submit a current project list with relevant projects in order to be considered.
