Job Description Summary:
The Treasury Manager is responsible for corporate liquidity, investments, and risk management related to the company's daily cash activities. The principal accountabilities are to track and forecast cash flow positions and funds available for investment. Oversee cash application to accounts receivable and monitor electronic disbursement activity. Responsible for bank reconciliations and all cash-related audit requests.
Job Description: **This position is based in Concord, CA and has a hybrid schedule with three days in the Concord office and two can be worked remotely.** POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Report Daily Cash position.
- Monitor and manage Kyriba daily process to ensure accurate data/balance capture.
- Forecast daily cash requirements and execute financing decisions.
- Facilitate opening escrow accounts and oversee postings of deposits and funds released. Reconcile escrow statements to general ledger balances.
- Review and release outgoing wires.
- Act as bank portal administrator - user and account set up and maintenance (this includes set up for Textura/ACH/Positive Pay and E-deposit).
- Report daily investment position (Clearwater) and book monthly journal entry for earnings and activity to general ledger.
- Generate cash flow report/sort and distribute to management.
- Manage, direct and develop Senior Staff Accountant and two Staff Accountant's in all aspects of cash application, daily cash flow tracking, and bank reconciliations.
- Reconcile corporate cash accounts, Cash Suspense and Unapplied Cash accounts.
- Formulate interest projection for quarterly business plan.
- Administrate E-deposit (set up users and maintain locations).
- Interface with all levels of management and collaborate with other internal business partners to achieve goals and standards.
- Responsible for all Treasury related audit requests.
MINIMUM SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 5+ years' experience/background in business banking and administration of online portals.
- Prior experience managing Treasury operations group.
- Committed to protection and safeguarding of company assets.
- Ability to multi-task and consistently meet deadlines.
- Proficient+ user of Kyriba Treasury Management software strongly desired.
- Advanced bank account reconciliation skills including experience with high transaction volume accounts and multi-level ZBA features.
- Strong understanding of general ledger accounting.
- Advanced analytical, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced Excel skills.

Compensation Range Annual Salary: $125,000.00 - $145,000.00
