Job description
A 22-provider group that prides itself on patient centered care and provider well-being is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified family medicine physician to join their growing team due to increased patient demand and community growth.

The Position:
- 4-day work week (32 hours) - no nights or weekends required.
- Support to expand on individual sub-specialty (sports med, women's health, procedures, etc).
- Up to 70k recruitment package and 10k relocation assistance.
- $275,000+ (base plus quality bonuses).
