We're growing and we need a Psychiatrist/ Associate Director of Behavioral Health to join our team! The Associate Director of Behavioral Health is responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of the Substance Use Disorder (SUD) program at Treasure Coast Community Health (TCCH) As a psychiatrist, prescribe, direct and administer psychotherapeutic treatments or medications to treat emotional, mental or behavioral disorders or SUD, design individualized care plans and test findings to diagnose the nature and extent of the mental disorder.
Doctor of Medicine in Psychiatry· Licensed Medical Doctor in the State of Florida · Certified by the American Board of Addiction Medicine (ABAM)· ASAM certification preferred. Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology · Must possess a valid Drug Enforcement Administration registration in the State of Florida · Experience in Addiction Medicine Psychiatry, substance abuse/recovery programs or experience in an agency or healthcare area providing substance abuse services is required (minimum of 5 years). CPR required.
TCCH is a Federally Qualified Health Center providing integrated patient care services in primary care, behavioral health, women's health and dentistry. TCCH participates with HRSA National Health Service Corp for loan repayment .
