Job description

Obtains moderately complex financial information regarding patients from various sources to obtain payment plan agreements and Medicare coverage

Minimum:

• Six (6) months of customer service experience in finance physician office or clinic insurance banking etc.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• American Heart Association BLS.
• Advanced Computer skills Two (2) years of customer service experience ability to multi-task.

Preferred:  

• One (1) year relevant experience in hospital environment.
• Associates Degree or a combination of education and job-related experience.
• Service recovery & conflict resolution.
• Medical terminology insurance verification collections schedule creation and maintenance.
