Job description
Adecco is seeking highly skilled and motivated Cook’s and Sous-Chef. The ideal candidate shoud have cooking experience, strong leadership abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities:
Participating in cooking and food preparation
Ensure food quality and presentation meet the highest standards.
Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients
Present, garnish and arrange final dishes
Preparing meals and orders-cutting/fying/preparing foods & sauces
Kitchen Supervision:
Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Provide guidance and direction to kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Monitor and manage kitchen inventory, ordering supplies as needed.
Enforce health and safety regulations, cleanliness, and sanitation standards

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Cook or Kitchen Supervisor.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and health and safety regulations.
Ability to train, motivate, and mentor kitchen staff.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Shift: Monday to Friday ( and Sunday).
Time: 6am to 2pm
