About the role:

Are you a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of others? Join our Joint Commission-accredited community featuring a dedicated team that provides exceptional care and support to residents. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled CNA to contribute to our mission of enhancing the well-being of those we serve.

Shifts available:

Full-time *5,000 Sign-on Bonus* Paid out over 1 year - $400/month for the first 11 months, $600 paid out in your 12th month.

Requirements

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Passion for providing compassionate care to the elderly
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based, mission-driven environment
• Commitment to upholding the values and mission of our Grace in Action Culture Program
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
