Responsibilities:

This position will require building relationships with customers and provide support to users. Additional task are trouble shooting equipment (copier & printer) issues, ordering supplies, maintaining a clean and clear work space, and other duties as assigned.

● Provide support to users of equipment.
● Schedule and monitor equipment maintenance and service calls.
● Manage the inventory and replenishment of supplies.
● Prepare monthly reports of print services activity.
● Maintains compliance with corporate, safety, security and regulatory policies.
● Maintains work areas in a clean, safe and organized state including all work rooms & storage areas.
• Single point of contact for all applicable HMA and R&D employees for print issues, questions, concerns or new device requests.
• Continue management of the current non-expired leases of all equipment (including Printers, Multi-function machines, copiers, and fax machines).
• Handle problems and questions from users by phone or ticket submission through ServiceNow within 60 minutes of notification by the user.
• Respond in person to all Canon, and Lexmark SFP and MFD managed devices within 4 hours on average.
• Respond in person to all Lexmark SFP and MFD managed "Line Critical" devices within 3 hours on average.
• Maintain a working supply of back-up printers.
• Coordinate the installation of all new equipment and return of all expired units.
• Help facilitate, but is not responsible for, the installation of power source if needed (with Facility Dept.), network lines (with ISD Dept.) and phone lines (with Corporate Services Dept.)
• Ensure that units are working properly after set-up or moving of units.
• If System Engineer is needed, will call for the repair and follow-up to ensure unit is working.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Minimum of 2-5 years Print Services related experience preferred with knowledge of commonly used Office Services Procedures.
1-3 years' experience with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, etc.).
Computer skills and knowledge of printer programing
Excellent customer service skills; must possess a "can do" attitude.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment.
Competency in performing multiple functional tasks.
Attention to detail.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
