High Desert Harley-Davidson is seeking an Experienced Retail Clothing Manager for our MotorClothes® Department in our award-winning dealership. - Operate a profitable and efficient general merchandise department.
- Accomplish objectives through the use of proper purchasing procedures, inventory control, staff utilization, pricing, merchandising, building a loyal clientele, displaying and advertising.
- Forecast goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them.
- Establish and maintain procedures to safeguard inventory.
- Serve as liaison with factory representatives.
- Prepare and administer an annual operating budget for the General Merchandise department.
- Monitor general merchandise department employees’ payroll records.
- Handle customer complaints immediately and according to facility guidelines.
- Develop sales promotions.
- Ability to work well with the public.
- Ability to use personal computer and applications including word processing and spreadsheet applications.
Requirements: - Minimum of three years experience in a retail management position.
