We are looking for Supply Chain Director who can leverage their analytics and organizational skills to manage the movement of goods and customer fulfillment at The Wellness Company. The Supply Chain Director will oversee the procurement, logistics, inventory, and warehousing of TWC products and raw materials. They will make sure that proper inventory levels are maintained across multiple sites and channels, at efficient cost. The Supply Chain Director is also responsible for ensuring that fulfillment remains timely and accurate. This is a hybrid/remote position, the ideal candidate will reside in the Palm Beach / Broward County, Florida area. Responsibilities: - Lead the Inventory Planning, Materials Management and Forecasting functions for ~100 SKUs and ~10 sales channels.
- Execute, with internal and external partners, supply agreements to maximize cash flow while maintaining inventory within target levels.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop strategy and long-term planning for the eCommerce and Retail inventory and demand planning cycles throughout its various stages and seasonality.
- Perform on-going modeling of the inventory forecast and demand planning within Finale for all products and channels, based on sales forecasts, historical demand, and cross-functional input.
- Maintain MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and produce periodic operational reports to identify and address material replenishment bottlenecks.
- Own 3PL and carrier relationships and ensure operational excellence while optimizing cost.
- Work directly with suppliers and cross-functional team members, both domestic and overseas, to ensure purchase orders are shipped and received on time.
- Maintain accurate inventory through a detailed monthly reconciliation between various data systems (e.g. Amazon Seller Central, Shipbob, Shopify, etc.)
- Create custom models to make data-driven decisions and measure performance based on KPIs and metrics.
- Undertakes additional responsibilities and tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree
5+ years of experience in supply chain management, inventory management, and/or logistics
Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and other analytic tools
Proficient in MS Office, Finale (or similar)
Detail-driven and able to maintain a high level of accuracy and thoroughness across large amounts of data.
Strong project management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Brings existing relationships with carriers and 3PLs.
