Job Description: Title: Business Operations Supervisor (Filling two roles)

Bill Rate: XX50-$55
Hours: M-F 8-5pm
Remote/Hybrid/In-Person: In-Person
Location: Alpharetta GA, 3005
Assignment Duration: 3 Months

Resource's typical working day:
This role will be assisting an end client who will be transitioning the building responsibilities back over to the building landlord (where as the client was essentially acting as the landlord previously).
This person will be responsible for every aspect that goes into this transition such as:
Building inspections and architecture drawings being uploaded to Box (SharePoint platform)
Make sure preventative needs are up to date
The candidates will document, categorize and index soft copies of files in folders and hard copies on site at M3.
Establish am index and any instructional document to clearly identify and or locate the documents in soft and hard versions.
Years of Experience needed: 3-5 Years of experience working in a data center or Mechanical and electrical/plant maintenance operations
Level of Education: H.S Diploma
Systems/Software proficiencies: Preferred: Box Experience; Required: Microsoft Office Suite
Certifications/Licenses: n/a
Top Must have Skills:
Must be proficient in use of Micro Soft Office and
Must be able to identify hard copies as built / architectural drawings and be able to develop a simple catalogue of the same.
Must be able to take verbal instructions with some amount of directions and execute tasks to full completion utilizing standard office practice software (Office) and communicate clearly.
Experience with data center operations and or plant maintenance
Strong administrative skills
