Account Coordinators enjoy a fast paced, exciting job handling incoming orders and customer service. Supports sales team with product information, costing and follow up on orders and shipping. Follows up on orders and work orders in a timely and accurate manner that ensures quality customer service. W. W. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES INSIDE SALES COORDINATOR:
Account Coordinators handle incoming phone / electronic orders, quoting and estimating. Ensure customer’s needs are fulfilled quickly, courteously and with a high level of accuracy.
Supports Outside Sales Team with product information, costing and follow-through on orders and shipping. Communicates information to Sales Team and customers promptly and courteously.
Account Coordinators input orders and work orders in a timely and accurate manner that ensures quality customer service. Uses our order follow up system to ensure on time delivery from vendor to customer. Works to ensure best freight delivery and cost are obtained for our customers.
Ensures work orders and applicable P. O.’s are sent to warehouse in a timely manner to be shipped, delivered or installed. Follow-through with vendor on timely receipt of purchase orders. Promptly communicates any delays with the customer.
Always represents W. W. Cannon in the most professional, customer service-oriented way.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITION:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Organized person with a “can do” attitude that enjoys working as a team.
- Must have good computer skills.
