Job description

The Green Nugget in Pullman, WA is looking for part time budtenders . We are located on 1340 SE. Bishop BLVD. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

• Serving and handling customers as well as checking ID's
• Meet or exceed sales and customer service targets
• Follow all state LCB directives and policies regarding cannabis
• Operate a POS system
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Communicate effectively with staff and customers
• Able to answer customer questions regarding general use and effects of cannabis brands and product types
• Accurate cash handling
• learning POS software
• Signing up customers for the loyalty program
• Filling online orders
• Communicating with management
• Executing and following all store policies
• Attend monthly store meetings
• Time Management

Qualifications

• MUST BE 21+ YEARS OF AGE
• GED Required
• Preferred 1 - 2 years of cash handling
• Preferred 1 - 2 years of customer service
• Punctual
• Polite
• Good attitude
• Team player
• available for weekends, nights or days
• Has great attendance and professionalism
• Is enthusiastic about cannabis and helping others
• Will follow all WSLCB / DOH rules and regulations

We just recently moved to Pullman! We’re Just Buds is now The Green Nugget Pullman, the area’s friendliest little pot shop!
