A T&G Lead Plumbing Installer
Earning potential based on base pay and incentives $60,000-$85,000
- Is tasked with leading a crew to providing Top Level Service and Installation of all residential plumbing
- Meets crew at the shop for materials and morning huddle
- Leading plumbing install crew of 3 people performing re-pipes, underfloor drain installs
- Properly encapsulate customers home to protect property
- Provide support, leadership and accountability for the installation department
- Uphold our purpose and core values
- Complete jobs within the given time frame, without exceeding budget and labor expectations
- 100% pass rate on City inspections of installations
- Maintain a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 9.3 or higher through positive customer reviews
- Incentives come from billable hours and efficiency
- Ability to work in an environment with things such as dirt, gravel, mud, and dust
- This role will have exposure to confined spaces including and not limited to crawl spaces, attics, and basements
- Possess hand tools and power tools commonly used in modern plumbing installations
- Above average to advanced understanding of modern residential plumbing installation, including but not limited to tankless installation, pipe coating, patching, lining and machine excavations are all a plus
- 5 years minimum in the trade, a Journeyman's license is a plus
- Prescreening requirements: Clear 9-panel drug test, background check, and a clean motor vehicle report for the past three years
- Ability to take home a well-stocked truck with a gas card
- Annual tool allowance of $150 a year
- Company supplied iPad, uniforms, and laundry service

Please arrive at 24565 Hallwood Ct Farmington Hills, 48335. We have two buildings on Hallwood Ct. You will come to the 2nd Brown Brick Building.
Parking: Please park in our lot at TG1 or TG2-glass building on either side only. Please do not park at Bonaventure (you will be towed in the surrounding company lots) unless parking along the tree line faces away from Halsted, where our trucks are.
We will give an overview of the company, a tour, and possibly on-site interviews with hiring managers.
