Join our team:
Our West Valley Adult Day Enrichment Program is growing and we are in need of Enrichment Partners (Caregivers)
Location: Peoria, AZ $14.50 ph

Available shifts:

• Monday through Friday 8:30am-5pm (40 hrs week)
• Monday through Friday 10am-5pm (35 hrs week)
• Monday through Friday 10am-4pm (30 hrs week)
• Tuesday & Thursday 10am-2pm (4 hrs per day x 2 days week)
• On Call/As Needed between 8am-5pm Mon-Fri/Must be available to accept shifts with 1 hour notice

What will you be doing?
Enriching the lives of Adult Day Program members by assisting members with individualized activities, personal hygiene, and meals.

What qualifications do you need?

• Able to reliably commute or planning to relocate to Peoria/Sun City/Surprise, AZ area before starting work. (No Relocation Assistance)
• HS Diploma/GED Equivalent
• Requires 1-2 years current/recent experience in Adult Day Program or Adult Group Home serving elderly members.
• Possess or able to receive *Fingerprint Clearance Card, *CPR, *Negative TB/Chest X-Ray, *Article 9 Certification 
  *Food Handler’s Certification (*Benevilla will assist with the costs to obtain)
