ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review and ensure all PCQI, QA, HACCP, SQF, CGMP’s documentation is within Pilgrims QA policies
- Work with Pilgrims Sales and Plant Manager on day to day finished goods inventories and schedules
- Ability to perform lab testing
- Purchase lab supplies as needed
- Requisitioning of chemical inventory
- Generate data reports along with PC Plant Manager
- Insert inside and outside sales into the computer.
- Supply accounting with numbers.
- Conduct special reports for accounting.
- Call in inventory information.
- Other duties as assigned.
BASIC SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-2 years related experience.
- Must have strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Experience in SAP preferred.
- Must be able to multi task and work in a fast paced environment.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be able to work with little or no supervision and make decisions when necessary.
- Must be organized and detail minded.
- Must have customer service skills.
- Confidentiality a must.
- Experience with Contracts and Invoices of dry and liquid bulk shipping preferred
- Experience with logistics of dry and liquid bulk shipping preferred
- Customer and broker experience preferred
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have High School Diploma or GED.
