Job Title: Land Development Manager
Location: Jupiter, FL is HQ - Territories include Port St. Lucie and Vero Beach area - Primarily meeting in office once a week, other days are onsite visits and working from home. Need to be within driving distance of these areas to be considered
Compensation: $90k - $120k - Base salary not including 20 - 25% annual bonuses, benefits, etc.
Requirement: 3+ years development experience

We are leading Single-Family home builder in the Nation with offices in over 20 states. We have build over 100,000 homes and will plan on building 600+ more in Southeast Florida in 2024. We have an opening for a Land Development Manager in Southeast Florida who will be responsible for prepping budgets, scheduling, and reviewing construction drawings in Vero Beach and Port St. Lucie areas. This position will typically be once a week in office and other days onsite or working remotely from home.

What You Will Be Doing

We have an opening for a Land Development Manager in Southeast Florida who will be responsible for prepping budgets, scheduling, and reviewing construction drawings in Vero Beach and Port St. Lucie areas.

- Provide detailed bid analysis, in order to award contract
- Work with local, state, and federal jurisdictions to receive necessary permits for development
- Present community information to internal and external groups
- Manage consultants, trade partners, governmental agencies, utility providers and others to keep projects on time and budget
- Oversee development budgets and cash flows from project conception to closing for accountability and accuracy
- Provide detailed cost analysis and schedules for projects
- Create bid packages for consultants and trade partners

What You Need for this Position

- 3+ years development experience
- Experience with production homebuilder
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications with advanced skills in Excel
- Familiarity with AutoCAD
- Degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred
