We are currently seeking a BRT Operations Manager to join our Transportation – Traffic & ITS Team at our office in Miami, FL.
CHA’s Traffic and ITS team provides planning, analysis, modeling, and design development for public and private sector clients. Our team of traffic engineers, transportation planners, and technical staff provide a comprehensive breadth of knowledge and experience in all facets of modal mobility, accessibility, safety, technology, and deployment. From roadside sign inventories and safety audits to the latest intelligent transportation system (ITS) innovations and applications, our professionals are adept at managing the entire design development and implementation process.
The B RT Operations Manager, an important technical leadership role at CHA, leads an effective and productive team of technical professionals. The success of this professional is measured by their team's technical quality, achievment of the team's utilization targets, engagment, and motivation of their team to go above and beyond, as well as effective management of project budgets. The BRT Operations Manager organizes, directs and coordinates activities associated with the project scope of work either individually or collectively with their team.
