JOB DETAILS

Future Opening to be Hired in Q2 2024

As the Claims Supervisor, you will assist with managing and resolving escalated claims (legal action, insurance involvement, settlements, difficult conflicts, high-profile customers, contractors, and homeowners) and provide detailed analysis of claim activity to all levels of the organization.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Claims Management
• Manage the group responsible for managing claims and provide coaching
• Assist claims managers with escalated claims to increase customer satisfaction and decrease lead times for completion, including hosting phone conversations
• Manage and track legal and property damage claims
• Host product standard and compliance discussions with customers and homeowners
Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement
• Research to identify root cause, lead/ participate in long-term solutions cross-functionally
• Provide leadership in the initiation and completion of continuous improvement opportunities
• Assist with the continued development of revenue-based customer services
Analysis & Communication
• Provide detailed analysis of claim activity to all levels of the organization
• Prepare communication to leadership on escalated claims
• Participate in communication of the Service Solutions philosophy to associates and our customers

This is a full-time remote position. Must be willing to travel as required.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $75,000 to $80,000 + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
