Job description
The Position:
We are hiring a Warehouse Associate! You will support the Warehouse Manager in operating an efficient, safe, and organized warehouse. This is an hourly, non-exempt position, reporting to the VP of Operations.

Your Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Keep a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse.
- Loading and unloading trucks.
- Process incoming deliveries.
- Evaluate the condition of equipment that is returned to the warehouse and notify appropriate personnel for necessary cleaning or repair before returning to stock.
- Ensure all equipment is clean, well-maintained, organized, and in its proper place.
- Learn tent inventory parts and pieces and become an expert on our inventory.
- Inventory maintenance – GoodShuffle or other inventory management experience is required.
- Candidates with CDL A/B license a plus.
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience.
- Inventory management systems experience.
- Punctuality and being on time each day.
- Positive, respectful and proactive team player with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Effectively communicate verbally in English. (bilingual in Spanish a plus)
- Open availability to work longer days and weekends, flexible with schedule changes.
- Ability to bend, squat, climb, crawl, kneel and lift frequently.
- Ability to lift 75 lbs, push 100 lbs and have a full range of motion and dexterity.
- Valid Driver’s License is preferred or reliable transportation to and from work.
- Forklift certified or forklift experience is preferred.
- Tenting experience is a plus.
