Job description

Wordkday Architect, VA (must be willing to work onsite 2x a week) if candidate is non-local they must relocate before start date

Duration: 6+ months

Required Qualifications:

Hands on application solution design experience in Workday Human Capital Management and familiarity with Finance Modules Hands on design & implementation exposure to AWS native services Data Analytics solutioning experience in AWS cloud using AWS native services (EMR, Redshift, Athena etc.), Apache Spark framework and using Python, or R.

SaaS/COTS solutions capabilities analysis and recommend integration architecture Provide solutions based on Enterprise Integration patterns, Event Driven Architecture, API, Web services, SOA and Micro Services Good understanding of Enterprise data containers including TDS, ODS, Data warehouse, DataMart and Enterprise Data Lake Exposure to relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server or Netezza & hands-on development using Java or Python Experience with application servers and containers such as JBoss, Tomcat, WebLogic Exposure to architecting application resiliency & performance optimization Significant experience understanding & delivering business architecture Strong process flow mapping, design and graphical experience

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

6-8 years of related experience

Experience with Workday Modules with focus Human Capital Management (awareness of Finance Modules) AWS Solution Architect Associate or Professional certification and with hands on experience Experience with ARIS or some other Enterprise Process Repository tool
