Job description
Controller
Our Portland area client is looking for a Controller to join their onsite team. This is a fantastic opportunity to partner with organizational leadership while working with a friendly, close-knit, and tenured team.
Controller Responsibilities
Oversee accounting and finance functions for the organization.
Maintain reporting and present to members of leadership.
Supervise accounting staff.
Manage cash flow forecasting and serve as a point of contact for external vendors.
Support audit requests, budgeting, and grant programs.
Controller Qualifications
Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
5+ years of progressive accounting with prior supervisory experience.
Knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and managing financials.
Proficient with ERP systems (Yardi, AppFolio, RealPage, ResMan, or similar preferred).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong business acumen and ability to pivot between multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
Salary: $110k-$135k + Bonus (DOE)
