Position Overview
As the Digital Art Director within our creative department, you will be responsible for working with the Digital Design Director to create beautifully crafted digital design experiences for websites, social channels, ads, email, and other digital experiences that answer specific strategic business objectives.

Specific Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and execute designs across various campaigns and initiatives.
- Apply a strategic, user-centered approach to creating impactful solutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Prototype high-fidelity UI's and visual designs and present design rationales, user flows, and testing ideas to stakeholders.
- Ensure designs reflect consistent brand representation while achieving set project objectives.
- Help extend and improve upon design systems and UI standards to implement consistent visual design and development.
- Juggle multiple projects while effectively managing timelines and expectations.
- Captivate customers at every touchpoint with designs that align to marketing goals and audience insights.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, Visual Communications, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years' experience driving the design of digital projects
- Strong visual design, typography, and layout skills
- Experience in wireframing, prototyping, testing, creating high-fidelity designs, and working with developers to ensure design consistency through launch.
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to collaborate and provide constructive feedback with non-designers and developers.
- Experience with UI design systems and standard user-centered design methodologies.
- Expertise in Wordpress & web design principles, including responsive design for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Proficiency in Figma & Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and XD.
- Exceptional organizational abilities, adept at managing multiple projects & deadlines simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Experience managing external vendors.
- Commitment to staying updated on industry trends and best practices in digital design and technology.
- All candidates will be required to submit a link to an online portfolio of work samples.
Preferred Qualifications:
- You have experience with HTML and CSS
- You have worked with Asana and/or Widen
- You have animation or video skills.
- You have prior experience in advertising or marketing agencies.
