**$20,000 Sign On Bonus**

The Oncology Clinical Pharmacy Specialist provides advanced clinical pharmacy services in Hematology/Oncology, with an ability to subspecialize, to ensure optimal safe and cost effective therapeutic regimens in collaboration with respective specialty disciplines.

The Clinical Specialist is an integral team member in the treatment regimen development and ensures smooth

Inpatient-Outpatient transitions through a multidisciplinary approach.

Post graduate (PGY2) in Oncology required.

Oncology Board Certification preferred.

3-5 years preferred.

Doctorate Degree

New Jersey Pharmacy license.

Postgraduate (PGY2) Residency Required.

Board Certification (in specialty practice) Preferred.

Postgraduate (PGY2) Residency in Oncology required.
