About us
The 520 Venture Capital Fund is launching a new venture fund, Stage 1, with a capital of $3 million in Newport Beach, California, targeting the Automotive Dealer Marketing Sector.
The initial rollout will feature eAutoLead.com, a platform providing a comprehensive sales and marketing solution for automotive dealers across the nation.
Venture capital associates will be required to contact existing relationships looking for new investment opportunities. Venture Capital associates will be paid 10% of the Capital raised and will have equity participation.
The launch of eAutoLead.com marks the first phase of the Stage 1 funding round. This phase is built upon a conservative business model that draws from historical data. During this phase, dealers will have access to the platform's initial sales solutions, setting the stage for potential expansion in their media spending.
Given that top-tier dealers typically allocate $75,000 to $150,000 per month to marketing, the financial projections for Stage 1 are based on a conservative estimate of this media expenditure. Currently, the automotive dealer industry is witnessing an increase in digital marketing costs coupled with a decrease in sales margins. eAutoLead aims to capitalize on this trend by tapping into the local and national TV and streaming markets.
With the automotive space generating over $4 billion and eAutoLead's previous media billing experience of over $500 million, the platform is well-positioned to leverage its existing relationships in the linear and streaming sectors. This strategy includes implementing an accountability model for networks, which will offer a Cost Per Lead (CPL) guarantee to ensure dealers achieve their desired lead volumes.
