Yakima Pediatrics; a service of CHCW has an opening for a Nurse Supervisor to provide oversight for daily clinical nursing operations. You will supervise a variety of administrative functions and actively participate in strategic planning initiatives to enhance and improve nursing care. Responsibilities include direct supervision of the Patient Care Team, maintaining quality and adequacy of nursing practice, and assisting with solutions to professional, administrative, and supervisory issues. The Nurse Supervisor will work directly with the Patient Care Team, Providers, and the Clinic Manager to identify areas of risk and best practices and act as the Employee Health Nurse for the clinic. 

Qualifications: 

• A degree in Nursing is required
• WA RN License is required
• BLS is required
• Valid Driver’s license and auto insurance is required
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus!
• Pre-employment drug screen is required
