Your Impact:
Process Development and Design:
- Pave the way for continuous improvement by designing and implementing process enhancements that elevate product quality, reduce waste, and optimize throughput.
- Employ process simulations and time studies to forecast outcomes and finetune process parameters.
Tooling Design and Optimization:
- Shape the heart of electroplating with inventive tooling and fixture designs, factoring in material compatibility, mechanical strength, and maintenance ease.
- Forge close ties with manufacturing and maintenance teams to guarantee seamless tooling implementation and enduring upkeep.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Fuel your insights by collaborating closely with our laboratory experts and engineers, absorbing profound knowledge of electroplating chemistry and its application in our products.
- Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot issues, eliminate bottlenecks, and usher in effective remedies.
Process Monitoring and Quality Control:

Your Profile: (Requirements)
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Possess 1-3 years of experience in chemical processing, preferably within electroplating or surface finishing.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in electroplating principles, chemistry, and processes.
- Display proficiency in process modeling, simulation, and design software.
- Bring experience in tooling design and refinement to the table.
- Showcase problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to process improvement.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
- Uphold meticulous attention to detail and quality standards.
- Thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
