Remote Scrum and Agile Coach

Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Scrum and Agile Coach to join our team remotely. As a key member of our organization you will play a critical role in driving the adoption of agile practices fostering a culture of continuous improvement and empowering teams to deliver highimpact solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide coaching and mentorship to teams and individuals on agile principles scrum frameworks and best practices.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily standups sprint reviews and retrospectives to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and address impediments facilitate problemsolving and drive continuous improvement.
- Champion agile values and mindset throughout the organization promoting collaboration adaptability and customer focus.
- Serve as a change agent advocating for agile adoption and guiding teams through the transition process.
- Coach leaders and stakeholders on their roles and responsibilities in supporting agile teams and fostering a culture of empowerment and trust.
- Monitor team performance and metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and drive measurable results.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging practices in agile and scrum integrating new insights and approaches into coaching methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification required; Certified Scrum Coach (CSC) or Agile Coaching certification preferred but not essential.
- Proven experience as a scrum master agile coach or similar role preferably within the education or technology sector.
- Deep understanding of agile principles and scrum framework with the ability to apply them in diverse organizational contexts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport facilitate dialogue and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and analytical skills with a focus on identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Confident and assertive demeanor with the ability to inspire trust navigate ambiguity and lead by example.
- Proficiency in remote collaboration tools and virtual facilitation techniques.
- Flexibility to adapt coaching approaches to meet the unique needs and dynamics of different teams and projects.
