Position Overview:

Reporting to the Director of eCommerce, the Email Marketing Specialist holds a pivotal role in crafting and executing compelling email marketing strategies. We are seeking a passionate individual to engage and convert our subscribers into loyal advocates, driving traffic and revenue across our consumer and wholesale platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement email marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives to drive traffic and foster customer loyalty.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to optimize retention and revenue growth.
Create comprehensive marketing briefs to guide creative development, ensuring alignment with brand values and messaging.
Conduct thorough market research to identify consumer insights, competitive trends, and emerging opportunities.
Spearhead innovative marketing strategies across digital touchpoints, leveraging A/B testing and data analytics to drive continuous optimization.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and recommending strategic adjustments.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of successful email marketing campaigns, demonstrating a deep understanding of audience segmentation and engagement strategies.
Proficiency in graphic design and digital content creation, with a keen eye for aesthetics and storytelling.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to drive decision-making.
Thorough knowledge of contemporary marketing principles and best practices, particularly within the retail sector.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in email marketing.
Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Bloomreach (Email Service Provider).
