We are a growing remote full-service public accounting firm that support small businesses with their tax and accounting needs. Due to growth and demand we are looking for an Accounting Manager with experience in e-commence accounting and QuickBooks to join our team.

This is a great opportunity to work with a fully remote company that truly cares about their employees.

What you will be doing

Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assessing the monthly financials that the accounting staff prepares; it's crucial to have the ability to review these in great detail when necessary. Other duties include delivering and reviewing financial statements, month-end close, client communication, and overseeing a small group of junior accounting team members.

What you need

At least 5 years experience with: 

• Public accounting experience
• QuickBooks Online 
• Bookkeeping and reconciliations 
• E-commerce Accounting 
• Prior management or mentorship experience 

Nice to have:

• Bachelor's or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• QuickBooks Pro Advisor
