Job description
We are looking for a talented and experienced Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have more than 5 years of experience in TI, Multi Family, Construction, Restoration and other related industries. The Superintendent must possess strong leadership, problem solving, and communication skills to ensure the smooth operation of our Construction business.

As Superintendent, you will be responsible for leading construction projects from start to finish. You will coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient completion of projects and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Minimum 5 years of experience in TI, Multi Family, Construction, Restoration and other related industries.
Competitive salary of $90,000 to $110,000 per annum. Other perks include 14 days of Paid Time Off, Health Insurance, and an annual 15% bonus.
